SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
Energy Saving, heat recovery and climatic control system for maintaining low temperature and low
humidity.
INDOOR UNITS 4 x DHD – LT1000IN
4 In-door units will distribute the air within the room to provide ideal temperature and humidity
conditions within the factory.
OUTDOOR UNITS 2 x DHD- LT1000OUT
2 Outdoor condenser units complete with compressors and fans will be provided.
These two units will get rid of the heat to the atmosphere.
CONTROL CENTRE
This is achieved using the CENTRAL control system to control the 4 internal units and 2 external units.
The speed of the internal fan will increase or decrease automatically subject to the ambient condition and
the dehumidification requirements in the working area.
The outdoor units will be controlled by the same CENTRAL CONTROL CONSOLE within the working
area.
The speed of the compressor and the external fan will increase or decrease automatically subject to the
ambient conditions, the working area conditions and the dehumidification requirements within the room.
SYSTEM CAPABILITY
The system is capable of maintaining a temperature range between 18 °C to 25 °C and Relative humidity
range of between 35 % to 45 % RH in winter or summer at night or during the day in a working area
which can be 30 m long 20 m wide and 4 metres high.
